Last night, a federal court ordered Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at Dulles Airport to let individuals detained under Trump's executive order see a lawyer. CBP isn't complying. Lawyers at Dulles have been told to call Stephen Sapp--who isn't responding to calls and emails. Let's give him a little push.
